About the Role
This part-time role is ideal for university students or early-career creatives looking to build experience while working with a dynamic, values-driven team. Additional hours may be available during study breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, produce, and edit compelling digital content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute the brand’s digital content strategy
• Contribute creative ideas, pitch new concepts, and support content planning
• Monitor content performance and help adapt strategies to maximise engagement and reach
What We’re Looking For:
• A natural storyteller with a creative mindset and an eye for what captures attention online
• Enthusiasm for digital media, social platforms, and current content trends
• Eagerness to learn—no formal experience required, but a portfolio or personal projects are a plus
• Some skills in video editing, design, or digital content creation (self-taught or formal)
• SEO knowledge is a bonus but not essential
• No finance experience required—we’ll teach you what you need to know
