SMiZE & DREAM, the ice cream company created by Tyra Banks, is casting a Content Creator + Ice Cream Scooper for our first-ever Australian flagship at Sydney’s Darling Harbour.
This role is mega fun. You’ll serve guests in a bold, immersive, theatrical ice cream experience—and capture magical moments for social as they happen.
If you’re fast with a scoop and fierce with a phone, we wanna meet you.
Who You Are:
• Fast on your feet, clear on brand, and great with capturing personality
• Comfortable creating content on mobile—photo, video, Reels/TikTok
• Happy to appear in content (and help others shine too!)
• Organized, playful, and wildly observant
What You’ll Do:
• Scoop premium ice cream with flair and speed
• Engage with guests in fun, theatrical ways
• Capture candid and scripted photo and video content throughout the shift (on the floor + behind-the-scenes)
• Collaborate with the SMiZE & DREAM marketing team on vision
• Help create a shop atmosphere that’s worth sharing
Bonus (But Not Required):
• Retail, food service, or event experience
• Theatre, improv, or hosting experience
• DSLR experience
• A standout personal TikTok or Instagram
