SMiZE & DREAM, the ice cream company created by Tyra Banks, is launching its first-ever Australian flagship at Sydney’s Darling Harbour—and we’re casting Scoopers who perform, entertain, and electrify the room.
You won’t just scoop. You’ll create moments. You’ll embody a character. You’ll serve charisma while serving cones.
If you were born for applause, this role takes it to the next level.
Who You Are:
• A natural performer (trained, aspiring, or just fabulous)
• Bold, energetic, and thrives in high-vibe, guest-facing spaces
• Lives for the moment—and knows how to create them
• Comfortable appearing in content (photo/video)
• Ready to shine and serve with flair
What You’ll Do:
• Serve premium ice cream with consistency and style
• Perform in character—accents, backstories, drama encouraged
• Interact with guests in fun, surprising ways
• Keep your space clean, organized, and on point
Bonus (But Not Required):
• Hospitality or retail experience
• Theatre, improv, or performance background
• Experience in ice cream or gelato shops
