About the Role: As our Client Experience & Social Media Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while also managing our social media presence. This in-person role will allow you to build strong relationships with our clients and help us grow our brand, both online and in the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face and voice of Living Health Group, managing client interactions, appointments, and billing.
- Create, plan, and schedule engaging social media content for Instagram and Facebook, growing our online presence.
- Manage email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to strengthen client relationships and promote our services.
- Provide administrative support to the clinic director and assist with day-to-day clinic operations.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional clinic environment.
