Job Description
📍 Outreach & Onboarding
Identify and list small-to-mid-sized sports venues in target cities
Reach out via email, phone, or in-person to introduce Playmatez
Assist venue owners or crew with the onboarding process
Collect necessary documents or media (venue photos, address, pricing info, etc.)
📣 Marketing Support
Help execute promotional strategies within a budget
Support flyer/poster distribution to clubs and community hubs
Create and schedule posts for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Coordinate with local influencers, sports coaches, or captains
🛠 Administrative
Maintain venue/contact CRM in Excel/Notion
Track follow-ups and successful onboardings
Gather feedback from venues and users for product improvement
✅ Skills Required
Strong communication (spoken & written)
Confidence in making calls and visiting venues (if local)
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
Familiarity with social media tools (Instagram, Canva, LinkedIn)
Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently
Bonus: Experience in sports clubs, university sports, or local leagues
🕐 Commitment
Part-time, flexible (8 hours/week)
Initial duration: 3 months (can extend)
Work-from-home or hybrid
