About the Role
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, thoughtful, and enjoys sharing feedback to help us improve our products. As a Product Evaluator, you’ll test products, explore their features, and provide clear, honest opinions about what works and what could be better. This is a real, impactful role — no prior experience is required, and we’ll provide training to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
🌟 Try out products and services (apps, websites, physical products, or prototypes) and experience them as a real user.
🌟 Pay attention to details and note anything confusing, enjoyable, frustrating, or surprising.
🌟 Write or talk through your feedback clearly so others can understand your experience.
🌟 Help the team identify what customers might like or dislike and suggest ways to improve.
🌟 Work with other team members and follow clear instructions for each evaluation project.
🌟 Keep your notes and data organized and handle any information you see with care and confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For
✔ You’re observant and enjoy noticing small details.
✔ You can explain your thoughts clearly — in writing or verbally.
✔ You’re comfortable trying out new tools or apps (we’ll teach you what you need).
✔ You’re reliable and able to follow directions and meet deadlines.
✔ You’re open to learning and asking questions when you’re unsure.
