Join the team at Canham Gardening & Maintenance — a family-run business that looks after gardens and outdoor areas for homes and apartment blocks across Sydney.
We’re on the lookout for reliable, hands-on people to help out with gardening and grounds maintenance work. You don’t need to be a landscaping pro — just someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a good work ethic, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
What you’ll be doing:
• Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and general garden clean-up
• Helping keep gardens, courtyards and common areas looking great
• Working in small teams with friendly, experienced gardeners
• Using tools and equipment (we’ll show you how if you’re new to it)
What we’re looking for:
• You’re physically fit and like working outside
• You’ve got a great attitude, show up on time and pitch in
• You’re available a few days a week (more during holidays = big bonus)
• You’ve got a valid driver’s licence (helpful, but not essential)
• Experience using mowers, trimmers or similar is a plus — but not a must
What we offer:
• $30–$35/hour depending on your experience
• Super flexible shifts that fit around your classes
• All tools and equipment provided
• Work mostly in Ryde, Gladesville, Hunters Hill and surrounding areas
