We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our busy burger restaurant in Fortitude Valley. This is a casual role perfect for uni or college students who are looking for flexible hours while gaining hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers with a positive and professional attitude
Take orders accurately using POS system and handle payments
Deliver food and drinks to tables with great customer service
Assist with stock refills, cleaning, and maintaining FOH presentation
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Follow food safety and hygiene practices
Requirements
Previous hospitality or customer service experience (fast food or café/restaurant preferred)
Must be available Thursday - Sunday evenings.
Additional flexibility on other days/evenings is a plus
Suitable for students seeking 15–30 hours per week
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and reliability are key
Must have valid Australian work rights
