[$175/clean] Airbnb Cleaning Job (females Only)

The Property (in Mount Waverley)
We are seeking two reliable, detail-oriented female cleaners for a large Airbnb with 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 3 living areas. Our guests expect 5-star standards, and we are looking for cleaners who take pride in “the small details."

Scope of Work
-> Full Turnover: Thorough clean of all bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
--> Bedding: Strip and remake 7 beds (1 King, 5 Queens, 2 Singles) to a crisp, professional standard. No washing of linens required.
-> Checklist: We provide a comprehensive physical checklist that must be followed and completed every visit to ensure consistency.
-> Supplies: All professional cleaning products and fresh linens are provided on-site. No off-site laundering is required.

Requirements
-> Female cleaner (I am a female myself)
-> Time Commitment: Minimum of 5 hours on-site to ensure no corners are cut.
-> 3-5 cleaning jobs per month (depending on guest bookings)
-> Experience: Previous cleaning experience with short-term rentals or high-end residential cleaning is desirable.
-> Eye for Detail: Must be able to stage cushions, towels, and amenities to a 5-star hotel standard.
-> Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)

Logistics & Rates
-> Rate: A flat rate of $175 will be paid per clean (plus performance bonuses)
-> Location: Mount Waverley
-> Schedule: Flexible days based on bookings, typically between 9AM and 3PM.
