CAMILLA is one of Australia’s fastest growing retailers and we are on the hunt for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator.

The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for assisting the National VM Manager in the roll out of the Visual Merchandising strategy and ensure VM standards are upheld. The role’s key function is to encourage the delivery and maintenance of compelling product and brand display strategies that engage customers and stimulate sales activity.

What will our Visual Merchandising Coordinator be doing?

  • Coordinate all VM and Creative elements for all store openings including pop up and shop in shops globally
  • Source materials and production companies for all VM store elements
  • Work with internal and external creative teams on artwork and graphics required
  • Design and create small pop up concepts for external partners
  • Develop VM solutions for new stores
  • Conduct weekly VM guides National and International retail locations
  • Conduct weekly VM guides for all David Jones concession locations
  • In-store visits to NSW Camilla worlds to provide VM support
  • Support Camilla Pad moves and fixture updates within David Jones
  • Support with new store opening, closures and refurbs when required
  • Creative window sourcing, co-ordination of new season printing and coordinating delivery to stores when required
  • Support with in-store Window executions and maintenances when required
  • Work with internal and external creative teams on artwork and graphics required
  • Showroom concepts and installation
  • Wholesale Pop Up concept and roll out support

Our ideal Visual Merchandising Coordinator will possess the below:

  • Experience in Interior Design
  • Extensive understanding and experience in retail Visual Merchandising
  • Understanding of the CAMILLA brand DNA, styling and layering
  • Understanding of Retail Operations
  • Proven track record in delivering projects and responsibilities on time, in full and within budget
  • Experience working with planograms, merchandising systems and analytical reporting
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office in order to deliver directives, resources and reporting
