Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will support the Team lead and Account Managers in day-to-day management of their external clients and executing campaigns.

You will be an individual who is highly organised, proactive, able to work productively in a fast-paced environment, lead daily operations and ad hoc. You will have exposure to executing marketing campaigns and supporting with post campaign analysis

Your Focus
Support Team Leads, Senior Account Managers and Account Managers on delivery of their campaigns
Update the team campaign trackers
Respond to client emails and calls in a timely manner
Ensure your CS team offers are briefed accordingly
Liaise and gather information/documentation from networks and or clients
Responsible for executing on your team media plans
Run weekly analytics reports to track success of client marketing campaigns
Attend WIP calls with clients and assigned network, take actions points and ensure action is assigned

About You
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous marketing/sales experience delivering business objectives
- A strong desire to execute, drive impact, and develop within our organisation
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and high reliability.
- Drive to develop and your career within the of the retail, e-com, loyalty and/or technology space. Demonstrated history of working within any of these is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to provide insights and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, self-aware, and emotionally intelligent
- Desirable skills include working with all Microsoft tools, affiliate networks, Asana Excel & BI
