Are you currently studying accounting or finance and are wanting to build your networks within the industry? We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for building and nurturing strong relationships to join the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with NT members. Your primary goal will be to provide on-the-ground Relationship Management, CA Program, Learning & Development, Member Services, Event Delivery and Careers Marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with members
- Administration support to local Council and Panel groups
- Act as CA ANZ champion and liaison with relevant stakeholders in NT
- Planning, profiling, and delivering networking activities initiated by the NT Panel groups
- Liaise with events team in planning and delivery of NT-based events and activities
- Support the Careers Marketing team with attendance/logistics at local events

- Prior event design and event delivery experience - hybrid events
- Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels
- Governance and administration for member committees
- Stakeholder engagement and account management
- Good written and verbal communication, both internal and external
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Time management, ability to prioritise and attention to detail
- Problem solving and initiative
