Retail Assistant At Markets Stall

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in a casual position at the weekend Kirribilli Markets & Rocks Markets.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries about features, materials, and design details.
- Maintain a well-presented and organized stall, ensuring that products are neatly displayed.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the provided point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Actively promote new products and promotions to increase sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not essential. We welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Reliable and punctual, able to commit to Saturday shifts from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
