Job Description

WeSupportU’s Disability Support Workers provide support to NDIS participants of all ages to assist them in achieving their goals set out in their NDIS plans. Using a person centred approach, Disability Support Workers are responsible for providing support, transport, social activities and care that meets the participant goals in a positive and encouraging way. The Disability Support Work team is diverse and has access to the organisation’s multidisciplinary teams for advice and supervision.

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Disability Support Workers to join our team!

Our Disability Support service is in high demand and as we are currently at capacity we are looking to expand the team.

The role is a casual position and would be well suited to anyone who has a passion or interest in working with people with Disabilities, anyone studying in the field, or those already in the healthcare and social service sector. The shifts include community access, social activities, recreational activities, companionship, and/or mentorship and there is varying shift availability across the week.
