QA Signs is a signage company specializing in various applications, from external building signage to car wraps. Located in Geebung on the north side of Brisbane, we serve a diverse range of clients with innovative and quality sign solutions.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sign Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the production of signs, with key responsibilities including working with digital printers, CNC routers, laser cutters, and vinyl application. Proficiency with computers and attention to detail are essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain digital printers, CNC routers, and laser cutters, ensuring optimal performance and output quality. We are willing to provied training if needed.
Apply vinyl to various substrates, adhering to specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with graphic designers to translate designs into physical products,
Manage workflow and scheduling to meet production deadlines.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency with design specifications and brand guidelines.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized production area.
Qualifications:
Proficient with Computers: Must be skilled with computers and able to adapt to specific workflow programs.
Experience with digital printers, CNC routers, laser cutters, and vinyl application; training can be provided if needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Previous experience in sign production or a related field is a plus
