We are a new company, looking for recent graduate (or soon to graduate) or with the right skills/experience to take ownership of a brand that is looking to leverage new technology to revolutionise the art world.

Job Title: Proactive Brand Manager
Job Summary: In the role of Proactive Brand brand, you will enhance our brand's growth and recognition, combining your expertise in brand strategy and digital tools. You'll craft compelling brand narratives across multiple platforms and mediums and proactively generate content and assets to ensure brand consistency. Embodying resilience, long-term focus, and a willingness to own diverse tasks. This is not a passive but an active role that incorporates stepping outside of traditional brand management expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy: Develop and execute effective brand strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trends.
2. Brand Success Metrics Definition: Collaborate with management to establish key performance indicators for the brand. Determine measurable metrics that align with brand objectives to effectively track and evaluate brand success.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand promotion and growth. Understand the target audience and their needs and preferences to ensure the brand meets these expectations.
4. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, social media and public relations efforts, to increase brand awareness and market share.
5. Brand Compliance Enforcement: Oversee content and design systems, leveraging automation for continual content monitoring to ensure all materials align consistently with the brand guidelines and standards.
6. Strategic Partnerships Oversight: The brand manager is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships that align with the brand's values and objectives, ensuring these collaborations bolster the brand's position and visibility in the marketplace.
7. AI-Enabled Self-Servicing: Utilise understanding of prompt engineering to effectively leverage AI tools for brand management tasks. Instead of delegating to others, independently generate, refine, and employ AI prompts to ensure efficient and consistent results in line with brand strategy and messaging.
Expectations:
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret market data, and to measure the success of marketing strategies.
• Proactive Content and Asset Creation: The brand manager is expected to extensively utilise all available resources, including AI technologies, to produce a wealth of brand-aligned content and assets. By creating comprehensive resources such as brand books, social media posts, and corresponding assets, the brand manager will preemptively mitigate the risks of communication entropy and interpretation drift, ensuring clear, consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the brand's message to internal teams and external stakeholders. The ability to be concise and consistent in messaging. Clearly articulate brand messages through various mediums such as text, images, video and across the latest trends and platforms.
• Decision-Making Skills: Ability to make informed decisions based on market data, research, and brand performance metrics.
• Multimedia Storytelling Proficiency: The brand manager is expected to possess the ability to compellingly articulate the brand message through stories across various mediums. This includes crafting narratives using text, images, and videos, and effectively adapting these stories to different technologies and platforms to consistently communicate the brand's vision and values.
Qualifications:
• Candidates should possess a robust understanding of sales and marketing strategy, planning, and execution. They should be adept at mapping and analysing the emotional customer journey, from initial brand awareness through to fostering repeat purchases.
• Candidates should demonstrate resilience, the capacity to persist in the face of challenges and bounce back from adversity. They should also possess a strong sense of delayed gratification, understanding that the most rewarding outcomes often require patience and a long-term, strategic approach to brand management tasks.
• Candidates should exhibit an attitude of proactive task ownership, recognising and undertaking necessary tasks that may fall outside their traditional role boundaries. They should prioritise the completion of tasks over debates about responsibility, demonstrating a commitment to achieving the team's overall objectives
