Marketing Assistant - Real Estate

Job Description
I'm on the lookout for a talented individual to assist me with online marketing for a housing company that specializes in designing and selling houses in Perth.
Initially, I have 35 real estate listings that need to be created and managed. Much of the content is templated. There is an online portal that sets the parameters and then distributes them to online platforms such as real estate websites across Australia.
The hours of work are not strictly defined, but the initial setup will likely take around 10 hours to begin with. I anticipate a commitment of 5 hours per week, which may increase depending on the number of listings.
Additionally, there will be other marketing tasks to handle once we are operational.
Desired Experience:
Knowledge of real estate or a comprehension of the process of buying and selling houses.
Proficiency in online digital communications.
Experience in online design or website creation.
Copywriting skills - impeccable English is a must, as you will be responsible for creating content.
