Help shape the future of children in our care

As our highly valued Lead Educator with our C&K Coorparoo Kindergarten team, you’ll nurture children’s curiosity, creativity and capability so they become confident lifelong learners.

You will be working on a permanent part time basis. During School Terms the shift will be 1.15 pm up to 6 pm every Monday to Friday and during Holidays there will be flexibility to choose between morning (7.45 am up to 2 pm)/ afternoon (12 pm to 6 pm). This position commences 08 January 2024.

Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you’ll:

Create a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.
Be supported by a team of kind, humble people who share their knowledge to help you learn, grow and achieve more than you ever thought possible.
Shape the future of children in our care by Taking a lead role in planning, implementing and evaluating a stimulating play-based education program for children aged 0 to 5 years.
Following all reporting requirements, regulations and legislation to ensure we continue to lead the way in our field.
What you’ll bring

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
