Job Description

You are still a student however already would like to make some contribution in the workplace. You've achieved something you are proud of before in your life and would like to continue producing and expanding your area of expertise.

We are looking for you who can work maybe 5-10 hours every month, including 1-2 hours working in the office every week. Working hours can be flexible.

You are expected:
1) To make sure our social media platforms are all up to date with more visibility.
2) To create more time for our CEO by handling tasks assigned to you including but not limited to
- send out all kinds of materials & packages to our clients
- have all items well packed and packages ready to send out
- update all tracking sheets regarding items being sent
- other ad-hoc tasks that CEO assigned to you

We also run training during the Saturdays (maybe 4-6 times a year) and you may also need to come in and help with the setups sometimes.

As you will be handling our social media platforms, you need to have knowledge on graphic design as well.

Our CEO has been working in this field for more than 16 years and incredibly busy with expanding our organisation and would like your help to take over some parts of the functions to create more time for her so she can focus on the expansion.

There are also opportunities to work full-time with us or become a trained HR specialist and join us to help our clients build their teams and reach their business goals.
