We are currently looking for a Retail Supervisor (casual) in our Northern Beaches stores.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Retail Supervisor you will manage the store alongside with the Store Manager. You will play a key role in modelling what best service looks like and encourage our volunteers to deliver best customer experience to our customers.
The duties of the Retail Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
- Receive, sort and price donations in accordance with organisational guidelines
- Merchandise and coordinate stock
- Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers
- Be part of the journey for new team members, by supporting their onboarding and training
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will satisfy the following selection criteria:
- Previous experience in Retail and/or customer service
- Flair for visual merchandising
- Excellent people skills and capability for relationship building
- A genuine heart and passion to make a difference within our Northern Beaches community
- Enthusiasm to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
- Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers
- Have an eagerness to learn and grow
- The availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
