Job Description
We are looking for a fluent English-German interpreter to facilitate communication between our team and mechanics in Germany. The ideal candidate will have exceptional language skills, excellent interpersonal abilities. The interpreter will be responsible for making calls to mechanics, scheduling meetings, and providing interpretation services during meetings as needed.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to mechanics across Germany to introduce our service network project.
Explain the benefits of joining our service network and address any questions or concerns mechanics may have.
Schedule meetings with interested mechanics to discuss partnership opportunities.
Provide interpretation services during meetings between our team and mechanics, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Maintain detailed records of all communications and interactions with mechanics.
Collaborate closely with the project team to identify and address any challenges or issues that arise during the recruitment process.
Act as a liaison between mechanics and our team, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Prior experience in interpretation or translation preferred.
Knowledge of the automotive service(electric bikes) industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
