Workshop Facilitator

Toolbox Education started in 2021, when waiting lists for school kids to see psychologists was 6-12 months. We thought to ourselves: 'there must be a better way'. Started by a psychologist, we teach students the tools they would otherwise learn with a psychologist, but in a fun, preventative and relatable way. We now work with over 130 schools, and school kids love our engaging programs because they are so practical and useful.

As part of the role, you will travel to schools across Sydney with a team of other facilitators and deliver workshops to Year 3-12 students on topics such as emotion regulation, managing anxiety and dealing with conflict. You will receive extensive training in facilitation, classroom management and content. All workshops are delivered in class-sized groups, so you will be working with 25 students at a time.

The facilitator role is perfect for:

- 1st-3rd year psychology students
- Students with leadership or facilitation experience
- Confident and engaging public speakers
- Students with 1-2 days availability outside of uni
