Casual Collections Representative

Job Description
We are a commercial debt recovery agency located in West Burleigh currently seeking casual collections staff for 20-25 hours per week to join our call centre.
You will have the opportunity to work on behalf of many large, well known and reputable clients to assist in the collection of their outstanding accounts as well as being part of an energetic and supportive team.
We currently have positions available on either of 2 shifts, 7:00AM-11:30AM Mon-Fri or 12:30PM-5:00PM with the possibility of additional hours for the right people.
A high level of computer competency is essential, including above average typing skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet as you would be required to liaise with both clients and debtors. A confident and professional telephone manner is also a must!
We need people with the right attitude and willingness to learn who want to be part of a team and contribute to the growth and success of our company. The position would suit self motivated individuals who thrive on a challenge and want to succeed.
