Our flagship store in Indooroopilly and home to our HQ is taking the shoe shopping experience to a new level by opening our first, in house, FRANKiE4 Café. Our beautiful store is a destination location with women travelling far and wide to come in to try on our range of Sole Saving footwear. Our in-house café will offer a new level experience for our customers.
The barista we are looking for will not only make the most incredible coffee, but they will also be the host to our store. Everyone on our team knows and believes in our product – for you in this role it will be no different. Having a love for customer service is a must.
This extension of the business will be kept simple. Coffee, tea, delicious cakes delivered daily, and beautiful shoes is our vision.
About you and your new role:
The café will be open 7 days, mirroring the opening hours of our store. You will be working various shifts, supporting the full time Cafe Manager across busy periods. Weekend work will be expected.
At least 1 year experience as a barista will be required. Additional experience in a retail setting will be looked upon favourably.
Our store gets very busy, you will be busy – having the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, keeping across all movements and customers is a must.
At FRANKiE4 we are first and foremost about footwear, so learning about our product and being able to answer basic product questions will be required (all training will be provided).
