Welcome to Parcelpoint, where we aim to do deliveries differently and think outside the postbox. Parcelpoint is Australia’s leading network of local delivery, pickup and return locations. Your role would focus on the delivery of door-to-door parcels for some of Australia’s largest e-commerce players. We have a focus on excellent customer service and bringing the connection back to communities. We want you to be the face of our brand and delight our customers. At the same time, we want you to feel like you belong in the community – we want everyone’s experience to be a happy one.
What you’ll have
- Exceptional customer service skills and the genuine desire to want to connect with your local community.
- A mode of transport (i.e. bike, vespa etc) or the ability to move fast on your feet
- The right to work in Australia
- Availability on a weekly basis to work at least 3-hr shifts
- Advanced English levels
What you’ll get
