Job Description

• 9 Month Full-Time Fixed-Term Contract, potential to extend

The Role

As our HR Administrator, you will contribute to the Endeavour Foundation's people experience through timely and accurate transactional processing and lifecycle administration.

Duties include:
• Preparing offers, contracts (using templates), change requests and other HR related
correspondence and administration
• Responding to day to day HR related enquiries from the business
• Maintaining the HRIS (PeopleSoft), ensuring a high level of data integrity
• Generating HR reports from HRIS as requested
• Maintaining accurate and complete electronic personnel files
• Providing timely responses to employee and manager queries

What will you bring to the role?
• HR administration experience or administration experience in a fast-paced, high
volume environment
• Demonstrated competence in technology literacy, such as Microsoft Office suite,
particularly Excel & Word, also recruitment and/or payroll system knowledge
• Strong communication skills - you are a true people person!
• Demonstrated problem solving skills to successfully identify problems and develop
solutions where required
