About VBM:
Velocity Brand Management (VBM) is a multi-faceted licensing and merchandising business specialising in the creation and sale of licensed products. VBM is the exclusive worldwide licensing agent appointed to manage various national sporting organisations, governing bodies licensing and consumer products programs.
Role summary:
This is an exciting contract opportunity until 28th February 2022 (with potential for permanency) for an eCommerce coordinator, with the option of being based in either New South Wales, Victoria or Queensland. The successful candidate will be working across a range of high-profile sporting organisations & brands including Cricket Australia, Big Bash League and ’47 Brand.
Roles & responsibilities:
• Briefing and coordination of onsite, social media and digital marketing content
• Creating, coordinating and maintaining social & email content calendars
• Uploading required copy, assets & details to Shopify
• Creation and maintenance of on-site collections
• Sample management and organisation of product photoshoots
• Support with influencer communications and product sample management
• Support with eCommerce operations tasks such as 3PL, customer service
• Monitoring of digital inbox queries/requests
• Attribute data entry where required
Required skills & experience:
• A university degree, ideally in Marketing, Commerce or similar
• Experience working within a cross-functional, collaborative environment (digital/eCommerce or retail preferred)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects, with excellent time and project management skills meeting pressing deadlines
• A team player with a sense to achieve and ability to adapt to changing environments
• Flexible with working hours where required
• Passion for sport
