Our Team:

We would like to add your vibrant personality and strong communication skills to our lovely team who are enthusiastic and caring, serious about excellent customer service, taking ownership of their responsibilities and having each other's backs.

The Role:

We are looking to fill the casual position of Customer Service Representative, working an average of 20-25 hours per week across various shifts – specifically afternoon and weekend shifts as rostered and occasionally weekday shifts, within the Princess Alexandra Hospital. (Please only apply if you are able to work on weekends as specified.)

The position is varied. It involves offering entertainment services to and collecting payments for it from patients. Also basic sales reporting and possibly banking.

You can offer skills in the following areas:

Strong general PC skills
Excellent communication skills
A strong "can do" work ethic and the ability to use initiative
Ability to up-sell products and services
Customer service and cash handling experience is crucial to be successful in your application
Discretion, professionalism and understanding when dealing with patients.
The successful applicant will most likely have a background in direct selling. You are comfortable asking for the sale on a daily basis and are able to work unsupervised.
