Job Description

$30 P/H WORK FROM HOME

Key Responsibilities

Receive and respond to inbound customer service calls and emails regarding the status of jobs, customer enquiries and complaints;
Undertake outbound calls to confirm customer and contractor appointments;
Provide information and support to a range of customers, end users and contractors;
Escalate customer and contractor issues to internal stakeholders for resolution as required; and
Maintain a database of detailed interactions of tasks and actions completed.

About You:

You will have strong attention to detail together with proven customer service and administration experience in a fast paced, Customer Contact Centre environment;
Sound interpersonal skills together with a professional and engaging telephone manner;
You are adaptable, customer focused and enjoy performing a variety of tasks in a dynamic; environment;
Training and support will be provided; and
Proficient data entry and computer skills.
