Pool Technician

At Poolwerx Kardinya we are a friendly, family run business. We have just opened our new Bullcreek shop and are growing. We take great pride in our long term relationships with our valued clients and we’re looking for someone to join our team as a mobile pool technician. We are ideally looking for someone permanent part time or full time.

Job Description
• Cleaning and maintaining pools and equipment
• Testing and balancing the water
• Installation & programming of new pool equipment including: pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters, automation systems and robotic pool cleaners
The successful applicant will:
• Be able to work well independently without supervision and also work well within a team.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with new and existing customers.
• Have great problem solving skills.
• Take pride in their work and have attention to detail.
• Ability to show great initiative and to be proactive.
• Be honest and reliable with a good work ethic
• Be able to work unsupervised on service jobs
• Have a current drivers license – essential
• Must be able to provide a National Police Clearance

Previous experience as a pool technician would be an advantage but is not essential. Training will be provided to the right applicant. We are hiring on attitude, skills can be taught. Remuneration negotiable depending on experience and transferrable skills.
