Apprentice Fitter / Machinist

360 Med Care is looking for apprentices to join our Surgical Instrument division at 360 Instruments. The demand of our services within the Australian medical and orthopaedic sector continues to grow and our team needs to increase to meet this increasing popularity and demand. 360 Instruments is committed to improving surgical flow and patient outcomes and our machining team is integral to delivering this.

Desirable skills and experience:
- Second year apprentice or above
- Fitter / turner / CNC machining and programming
- Familiar with technical engineering dwg's and 3d CAD
- CADCam programming utilizing MasterCam software
- CNC machining and setting of various machinery - Milling / Turning / EDM Wire Cutting
- Laser Welding / Laser marking / Finishing and assembly
- Product inspection and production documentation

- Based at our Botany machining workshop and reports to the Workshop Team Leader
