About Us:
Doutta Galla West is a not for profit community based service that provides assistance to the elderly in our communities.
About the Role:
As a Domestic Services Assistance/Cleaner, you will responsible for:
Intensive cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, dusting, skirting boards etc)
Mopping and vacuuming floors
Changing linen
Sorting cupboards
Online shopping
Washing, ironing, folding personal clothes
De-cluttering
Intensive ‘spring cleaning’ services
Hours of work can be tailored to suit you!
The positions are casual with work opportunities available in the city council areas of Moonee Valley, Brimbank, Wyndham, Melton and Hobsons Bay.
What we are seeking:
Must be able to travel from home to clients in areas listed above
Previous experience working in the cleaning industry and/or providing domestic assistant is preferred but not essential as full training provided
Full drivers licence and reliable transport
Evidence of full COVID 19 Vaccination
Must be available to work weekdays (as we are not open and do not provide services on weekends and public holidays)
Able to work school holidays
