Answering phones
Placing customers orders and dispatching via courier/post
Filing
Data input into spreadsheets
Implementing basic structures to organize the office to work effectively
Data entry into spreadsheet and compiling data
Support staff requests
Courtesy calls to customers
Daily processing of paperwork
Processing online sales using Shopify platforms
General stock administration tasks
Providing excellent customer service to our customers and service partners
Executive assistant to the director
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
Strong data entry skills & computer literacy (Mac/Windows)
Ability to prioritise and manage their time well in fast paced environment
Efficiently multi task to meet daily deadlines
Be highly organised
Excellent communication skills
Takes pride in your work, shows attention to detail, Use initiative, be pro active
Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve
Able to think on the go & confidently make decisions
Confident to work independently and within a close-knit team
