Job Description

upstream is looking for a Junior Account Executive who will manage relationships with our new and existing clients. You’ll join our Sales Team based in a location of your choice.

About The Role

Generate new partnerships and opportunities from your portfolio of warm & cold leads
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Create and present persuasive sales proposals to new prospective customers
Be an expert on the monday.com platform, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and value, and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI.
Manage your accounts and developing them
Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling products and solutions to new customers
Maintain accurate record of all leads, opportunities, customer accounts, and sales
Maintain relations with distributors & suppliers to negotiate pricing and product offerings
Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events
Partner with others at upstream and monday.com to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back.


About You

Sales or customer management experience
Experience working with targets
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, empathetic, and energetic
Strong focus and attention to detail
You love learning and discovering
You work well autonomously as well as within a team
You value giving and getting feedback
