If you’re passionate about igniting kid’s passions and honing their creativity and building their confidence - we want you!

Become part of an upbeat nurturing team delivering dynamic holiday workshops and in-house vacation care programs across a number of metropolitan locations Australia-wide!

Our programs develop critical collaborative and creative thinking skills in 5-13yr olds through active skill-building. At StarTime, and across all our programs; we celebrate the individual talents inherent in every child, allowing them to dream big and have the courage to pursue them throughout life.

A day of work is likely to entail presenting two 2-hour creative art incursions, at two different venues in relatively close proximity with one another.

ABOUT YOU:
You love working with children and young people, developing their confidence in learning new skills and applying their creativity
You enjoy applying technology creatively in visual arts. (Ie: By using animation softwares and applications)
You are confident and adept working across various iPad applications or are confident in your ability to learn quickly (we provide training on the specific apps we use.)
You are adaptable, energetic, enthusiastic, organized, efficient, can think on your feet and have highly engaging presenter skills.
You are a thoughtful and proactive communicator
You are constantly striving for exemplary results in the learning of students and teachers who attend our programs.
You are willing to up-skill and participate in paid training in order to deliver workshops on a variety of exciting topics and skills.

Ideally you have near-full availability in the period 19th September-7th October during weekdays between 8:30am-4:30pm. Note: We are aiming to provide consistent week or multi-day blocks of work during this period. There will be further opportunities for outstanding candidates following this period.

Applicants will also be required to:
Travel between venues and have a current driver’s license
Pass a Working with Children Check (or the equivalent in your state or territory).
Have an ABN
Complete StarTime's training program
