Building Concierge

AssetBM is looking for an energetic Building Concierge who cares about the resident experience and will work towards creating a neighborly and safe community for an apartment lifestyle.

We are a Melbourne-based Building Management management company that has experienced extraordinary growth since its humble beginnings. With a strong pipeline of new buildings, we are uniquely positioned for another growth phase. Our portfolio is spread across metropolitan Melbourne. This is a casual position with 20 to 40 hours a week for someone available to work both weekdays (mostly from 4 PM) and weekends. The roles are available in three locations, North Melbourne, Hawthorne & South Yarra, and Footscray.

We are looking for someone who has a

A positive and welcoming attitude.
Initiative to work autonomously and proactively
Genuine care and interest in helping residents
An eye for good presentation (personal presentation and building presentation)

Skills required

Professional written and verbal communication skills
Organisational skills to prioritise competing demands.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
A brand ambassador to represent AssetBM in good light

Job responsibilities:

Assist the Building Manager in the building operations, provide information and assist with residents enquiries, daily and weekly building checks, assist the residents with move-in / move-out, deliver resident inductions, report on shift operations, administrative tasks etc.
