Job Description
We are a new start up company looking for a passionate and creative social media whiz / marketing student who wants to exercise their knowledge and skills with a real business and gain experience whilst they continue their studies.
We are looking for someone to take our social media presence to the next level.
The role will include:
- creating content for social media platforms (this may include photographing / videoing / writing posts etc.)
- filming and editing photos - creating reels, stories etc.
- planning and scheduling content
- help increase our journey with TikTok
- organising our SM ads and promotions
- thinking outside the box for new ways we can engage our audience
- Seasonal EDMs - writing newsletter content
- involvement in campaigns / shoots / art direction etc. for projects and events.
- Business development (cold emailing only) - no cold calling!
- coordinating marketing collateral
- researching our market and understanding their behaviour and best way to target them
- someone with a passion to succeed
- a good eye for design and style
- hands on attitude
- looking to take control of the role and make it what you want
This role will be a mixture of work from home and onsite (when required) e.g working with our Brand manager and myself to shoot content on-site at the Warehouse Northgate.
This role will be casual. We can work around any hours you would like to work. To start, it would be around 6-8 hours per week with room to increase as the role develops.
