Sales Manager – Custom Homes

Due to an internal restructure, they’re now in the next phase of their growth plans and are keen to add an experienced Residential sales professional to the team, to lead by example. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Compile data on leads per consultant in the system 

Accurate reporting of “foot traffic” in display homes

Develop and improve current systems

Promote our company and company values

Encourage, support and motivate the sales team

Recruitment of new sales staff (when required)

Advertising strategy and budget control

Foster an inclusive environment and additional avenues to generate leads

Business development ( i.e. Real estate agents / industry leaders / previous clients)

Implement and manage display home turn over program / succession plan for house replacement

Support Client Liaison/Pre Start Consultant 

Attend all pre start meetings with consultant 

Fill in for Sales reps for display home appearance when they are away

Complete colour selections for all our clients (with pre start consultant)

Complete colour selections for all display homes

Generate & Convert sales 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

New Build Residential Sales experience (essential)

Project or Custom Homes experience (Can-do attitude)

Solid tenure with current or previous employers

Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
