Our clients is seeking an Executive Assistant with exceptional organizational skills to provide high-level support to their CEO. This is a rare opportunity to join a team of creative professionals and help shape the future of the industry.

    As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. But that’s not all – you’ll also be tasked with drafting and editing correspondence, and reports, creating and editing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.

    Duties in the role

  • Provide top-notch administrative support to the CEO, including managing their busy calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expense reporting with ease.
  • Use your creative flair to draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports that perfectly capture our agency’s vision and mission.
  • Create stunning PowerPoint presentations that will wow both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing our agency’s creativity and expertise.
  • Take charge of scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, making sure everything runs seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Keep agency’s files and records meticulously organized, so that information is always at the fingertips
  • Lead special projects assigned by the CEO, where you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • To thrive in this role

  • Be a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Have advanced skills in the Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Have strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and organize and maintain files and records.
  • Have the ability to manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
  • Be proactive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
