Brisbane QLD, Australia Assistant Marketing Manager
The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of various national retail campaigns as well as the development of special business projects. The role will focus on executing tactics that aim to impact restaurant traffic, business revenue, franchisee profitability, guest engagement, as well as improvements in brand health metrics. With strong stakeholder management a core competency, AMM’s are required to manage internal teams, external agencies in the development of campaigns, internal stakeholder communications within a multi-site networked organisation, production of campaign assets, as well as programs in support of the business objectives. The successful candidate will need to ensure that deliverables are on strategy, and delivered to meet timelines and commercial objectives. 

  •  Assist in executing projects, campaigns and/or any other business initiatives across ANZ, supporting the Marketing Manager 
  •  Collaborating with internal, cross functional and external stakeholders to support the effective implementation of marketing projects 
  • Timeline and stakeholder management within a matrix business structure 
  • Supporting in management of research projects and research deliverables 
  • Support delivery of integrated marketing activities 
  • Coordinate marketing production across ANZ, including ongoing tracking and reporting of budgets 
  • Skills Abilities, Experience and Qualifications:

  •  Experience in executing brand strategies and marketing plans 
  • Project management experience, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills. Being able to present both internally and to external customers with confidence 
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude, and the ability to work autonomously, as well as a part of a wider marketing and business team 
  • Will also need to demonstrate adaptability, accountability, initiative, innovation, data gathering & analysis, collaboration, a ‘my money’ attitude, be a team player and consider problem solving in a strategic way.
  • Minimum of 3rs experience in similar industry/field, Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
