The key responsibilities for the Marketing Assistant role:

  • Support all direct stores with POS requirements, guidelines, promotional assets and creative requirements
  • Ensure all stores are displaying POS correctly and up to date and make changes as and when required.
  • Assist with the implementation of all promotions taking place at stores.
  • Be the lead for training app content and information
  • Work closely and support the Marketing and DTC Director to make sure all initiatives are delivered effectively and sales are maximised
  • Support all digital marketing activity conducted by the UK team including paid search, SEO, display and other digital initiatives working closely with appointed media agency
  • Work with Marketing and DTC Director to design new TVC’s and radio campaigns to support business goals
  • Monitor, report and analyse results to improve performance using tools such as Google Analytics and others
  • E Commerce support. Work with UK E commerce manager to make sure that the brand is communicated effectively and product information is always up to date and is communicated clearly to the consumer. Assist E Commerce to meet the business objectives of the company
  • Support with events and exhibitions (trade and consumer). Maximise ROI and ensure great customer experience every time
  • Review competitor sites and constantly benchmark our standards to improve the quality of our product copy
  • Manage PR agency and PR plan throughout the year
  • Retailer support. Work with the UK retail sales team to provide effective marketing support to retail partners (offline and online) as and when required
  • Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the line Manager

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Marketing Assistant position will have:

  • An experienced marketing professional who has worked alongside agencies including PR and paid media
  • Good attention to detail and the drive to get it right to deliver a great customer experience and increase conversion

  • Experience of marketing through digital channels and offline channels; including PPC, SEO and Display activity

  • Practical and be prepared to do whatever it takes to get results. Must be an articulate, clear communicator

  • Excellent numeracy, literacy, ICT and communication skills; including Word Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent

  • Must be self-sufficient with the ability to bring new ideas to the department.

  • Good presentation skills are essential

  • The role will be based at our UK Head Office in Hayes.
  • The role will be 40 hours per week.
  • Working hours are 9am to 5:30pm. (Some evening and weekend work may arise when organising or attending events, or when working on a big marketing campaigns, therefore a degree of flexibility is required)
  • You will also receive full training and support to increase your skills
  • Travel will be required as necessary including occasional international trips
