We are looking for a Clinical Operations Manager (Aged Care & NDIS Nursing) with the passion, drive & commitment to build their career at AHP!
 
About the role

This newly created role will be responsible for the implementation and growth of the Community Nursing team. With the business’ vision and values at the forefront, you’ll be joining an exciting, fast-paced team to develop and execute strategies that see the Disability & Home Care division successfully launch Community Nursing within the NDIS space!

The Clinical Operations Manager ensures the My Aged Care & Community NDIS Nursing team are providing the highest level of patient care to facilitate the best care outcomes and to ensure standards of practice are maintained. 

This role reports to the Directors and works closely with the Clinical leadership team to ensure budgets & resources are allocated appropriately as well as ensuring continuous improvement and continuity of service for participants and key stakeholders.

You are responsible for day-to-day communication with the clinical team, responding to queries, liaising with clients, management of daily resources and promoting clinical excellence and evidence based professional clinical practice across a variety of settings.
About you

  • Experience assessing market needs/trends and developing required strategies to optimise market access and commercial success
  • You are an experienced project manager and have well developed organisation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure, high-volume environment with tight deadlines
  • Be a collaborative leader with the ability to influence and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Previous experience working in the My Aged Care & NDIS Community Nursing space (a must have!)
  • Previous experience coaching and developing nurses of all levels
  • Proven ability to build successful, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • An understanding of continuous improvement and quality assurance concepts and systems; including its application to practice
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to liaise with people in a positive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements
  • AHPRA Registered RN
  • NDIS clearance
  • Previous experience leading and coaching a team
