About the role and company 

This well-known internationally acclaimed brand is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to drive results and develop their team in their Australia Fair based store, operating in Westfield. You will be working in a fully equipped practice with excellent company culture and values. This is a full time, permanent role, with a secure and growing business. Some weekend work is included.

They are looking for a motivated leader who will bring with them broad experience having worked in the optical industry previously to model exceptional patient care.

You’ll Have:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in store management (Ideally in Optics)
• Optical Dispensing Cert IV is highly desirable but not essential
• Highly responsible and passionate about eye care
• The abilities to influence and mentor the team members
• Excellent communication in both written and verbal forms
