Autonomous role with a long weekend every month!About the company: This leading homeware and decor business is looking for a Store Manager for their Watertown Outlet store. First opening stores in the late 60’s they believe in providing Australian’s with products that make their lives that little bit more indulgent around the home. We are looking for a strong retail manager to lead this high volume store. Join a fun fast paced retail environment, with solid support and guidance from a stable retail brand. What you will need:

Passion to lead and inspire your team to achieve kpi’s

Management experience in a fast paced environment

Strong visual merchandising skills

Stock control within a large stock volume retail space

Passion for consultative customer service
