About the role

Multiple opportunities exist for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join the team based at the Alice Springs Terminal. In this role you will be responsible for supporting quality service delivery and providing exceptional guest service experiences in the areas of arriving and departing train services.

Requirements

Reporting to the Terminal Manager, some of your tasks will include but are not limited to;

· Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting them with check-in and concierge services

· Operating the café and souvenir area

This position is physically demanding working on your feet for long periods on time and in confined spaces. To be successful in this position you will have a sharp eye for detail and quality of presentation and be able to operate calmly under time pressure.

The arrival and departure times of our journeys vary, and you will require flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.

A uniform will be provided to maintain professionalism and a high standard of personal presentation in line with our company personality.
