Permanent Full Time Position

Salary Range: $114,928 – $123,710 (Plus Super)

    Calvary at its core cares for any and all in the community. This extends into our HR practices where we have a focus on caring and supporting our staff and Regional Facilities in the ACT Community. The HRBP will support all Calvary facilities in the ACT Region, this provides you an agile and versatile application of your skillset. Our Facilities need your strategic approach on all HR matters, business development, workforce planning and ad hoc support where required. 

    We are looking for an enthusiastic operator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient HR support and customer service in a busy health care setting.

    What you bring  

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
  • Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
