About your new role!

The opportunity arises for a 12 month maternity leave contract for an experienced HR Advisor to join this successful People and Culture team. This role will see you bring more than 3 years of industry experience and expertise to this role. You will be responsible for all generalist aspects of HR. You will drive credibility and effectively build on working strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders groups.

What you will bring to this role!

Tertiary HR qualifications

3+ years post qualification experience in a generalist HR role

Sound ability to set priorities and goals, plan and organize – must be able to work effectively under pressure.

Ability to think logically and quickly and solve problems in a creative way

Effective decision making skills
