Due to our growing pipeline of work, Monadelphous are currently seeking Recruitment Specialist’s to join our team in Milton, Brisbane.

The role of Recruitment Specialist will see you working on Blue Collar high volume roles across multiple projects and divisions within Monadelphous.You will be liaising with internal stakeholders to identify future talent needs and objectives, and to deliver a steady stream of talent with a strong customer service driven approach.

  • Previous recruitment experience highly regarded
  • Work closely with labour pool to create close links between individuals and Monadelphous project staff to ensure rapid mobilisation once project labour requirements are identified
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to new systems & processes
  • Takes the initiative to set and achieve challenging work goals; focuses one’s time and energy to maintain high work standards.
  • Previous experience in the resource industry is highly regarded but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Microsoft systems including but not limited to Word, Excel & Office
