Job Description

The objective of this role is to set, plan and attend to the delivery of agreed projects within the areas of talent and succession, talent acquisition and integrated reward planning. To this end, the incumbent will engage widely with stakeholders throughout the assigned portfolio in determining agreed priorities. You will then be responsible for influencing and working with a cross-functional team in co-ordinating the execution of these projects.

This organisation utilises Agile project management methodology – whilst experience with Agile is not essential, it will provide the incumbent with capability in this area.

About you

You are a leader within Talent or Human Resources adept and comfortable with working within a complex environment at scale, with significant experience in program delivery, and change management. 

You have exceptional influencing capability and can easily build strong strategic relationships across wide-ranging stakeholders.

Please note – this -month contract role has come about due to maternity leave. As an internal team member, the incumbent will have visibility regarding other opportunities throughout the group during the contract duration.
