As a result of some growth in the business, they are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Reporting into the Talent Manager, you will be tasked with end-to-end recruitment within corporate and technical fields. You will work closely with senior stakeholders (including General Managers) to advise on recruitment best practice and the best sourcing methodology. You will develop training for leaders within the business to upskill the managers, as well as executive lower-level HR coordination.

To be successful in this role, you will be a strong recruiter with exposure to an internal HR environment. You will run a robust recruitment process and utilise creative sourcing methodologies to identify talent in the market. You will be calm in nature, mature in style and professional in your approach, with the ability to liaise with all levels of the business.
